Jeremy Montgomery

VP of Operations

As Vice President of Operations at Visio Lending, Jeremy Montgomery leads the company’s loan processing, servicing, and operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless experience for real estate investors.

Jeremy has overseen the Sales, Operations Support, Processing, and Closing teams since his start in 2010. He currently oversees the Operations Support and Processing teams, providing support, mentorship, and professional growth. He also serves as a font of knowledge to anyone at the company looking to use DSCR loans as a creative solution to complex real estate investment problems.

Prior to joining Visio, Jeremy’s background was in sales across the telecommunications and banking industries. He is a graduate of Concordia University Texas with a bachelors in Multidisciplinary Studies.

Outside of work Jeremy can typically be found travelling the country watching his daughter compete in volleyball tournaments.
