With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the mortgage industry and a lifetime of professional success, Tracy is proud to serve as a senior account executive at Visio Lending. At 65, he brings a wealth of wisdom, skill and insight to every transaction, ensuring that both brokers and investors experience not just service but partnership.

Before entering the mortgage world, Tracy built a 20-year management career with the Automobile Club of Southern California, eventually retiring early to pursue his passion for helping people through real estate finance. Backed by a business and law education from Pepperdine University, he has cultivated a career where sales are never the main priority; relationships always come first.

Tracy’s expertise lies in structuring short-term and long-term rental loans, and he excels in educating both brokers and clients, ensuring clarity, compliance and success. He is known for his integrity, commitment to due diligence and a deep understanding of DSCR loans and the lending process from start to finish.

He believes that long-lasting relationships are the cornerstone of success in this industry. Whether it’s helping a new investor understand their first deal or supporting an experienced broker with a complex loan scenario, Tracy is fully invested in seeing others succeed.

Outside the office, he enjoys managing his own real estate investments, working on home projects and spending time with his wife, their five children and their two beloved dogs. A sports fanatic and former college football player, Tracy still thrives on competition. Even as he enters what many consider retirement age, he feels 35 at heart and loves what he does too much to slow down.
