As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, DeJohn is responsible for overseeing and providing strategic leadership on all legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters.

With more than 15 years of experience advising both private and public organizations, DeJohn has built a reputation for guiding companies through complex operational, strategic and legal challenges. Prior to joining Visio Lending, he held positions of increasing responsibility at large, growth-oriented public companies. Most recently, he served as AVP and Assistant General Counsel – Corporate and Commercial at Hub Group (NASDAQ: HUBG), a $4B transportation and logistics management provider. He also held the role of Associate General Counsel – M&A, Divisional Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Entegris, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTG) following its $6B acquisition of CMC Materials, Inc. (NASDAQ: CCMP), a global leader in the development and supply of advanced materials to the semiconductor industry. During his tenure at Entegris, DeJohn led global teams to execute the company’s M&A strategy, supported cross-functional teams on integration and strategic initiatives, and advised the board of directors and senior management on securities law compliance, public company reporting and corporate governance.

DeJohn began his legal career in private practice at Reed Smith LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, representing financial sponsors and strategic acquirers in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance transactions, and general corporate matters. DeJohn received a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Music and Juris Doctor from Northwestern University. He is a member of the State Bar of Illinois.
