What properties qualify for a DSCR loan with Visio?

We lend on investment properties including 1–4-unit residential, condos, townhomes and vacation rentals (short- or long-term). Owner-occupied homes aren’t eligible.

Can I borrow under my LLC or entity?

Absolutely! Visio specializes in entity-based lending, so you can close under your LLC, corporation or personal name. No personal income verification needed.

What states do you lend in?

We lend in 41 states, including Washington D.C. The states we are not currently lending to are: AK, MN, ND, NE, NV, OR, SD, UT and VT. Check out our Where We Lend map to learn more. 

Can I refinance a property that’s vacant or recently purchased?

Yes, we can review refinances on recently purchased or even vacant properties, subject to standard underwriting.
