Mimi Frusha, Visio Chief Financial Officer, is a seasoned COO and CFO with over 20 years of leadership at the intersection of finance, operations and technology.

Her expertise spans capital markets, operational scaling, M&A integration, financial strategy and strategic planning.

Prior to her CFO role, Mimi advised select technology, finance, and real estate ventures as an independent consultant and fractional executive, supporting growth strategy, operational excellence and investor readiness.

Previously, Mimi was Chief Operating Officer at Worldly (formerly Higg), a global supply chain data and software platform, where she led finance, legal, data analytics and project management during a period of rapid international expansion.

She oversaw the integration of the company’s first acquisition and guided major initiatives in growth, pricing and product strategy.

At the same time, she scaled the organization from three to over 300 employees while leading regulatory strategy, product transformations and investor-government negotiations.

She is recognized for her ability to bring clarity, rigor and momentum to complex environments.

She bridges strategy and execution, aligns teams around measurable results and builds the financial and operational foundations that support innovation, stability and scalable growth.

Mimi holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a B.A. from Carleton College.
