Our goal is to respond to your request within 45 days from receipt. The timeframe for response may be extended by an additional 45 days, if reasonably necessary, to fully and accurately respond to your request. We may need to contact you if we need additional information from you to process your request so that we can confirm that you are a California resident, determine if we have personal information about you, and, for access and deletion requests, verify your identity.

If we receive your request from an authorized agent, we may ask for evidence that you’ve provided such agent with a power of attorney, or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf.
