Brandon Tully is my "go to" guy. I have been investing since 2000: flips, buy/hold, re-fi's, leverage on existing investment properties a nice mix over the years. Believe me I have tried other funding sources including some of the National ¬†banks(WF). They dangled the carrot of better service and comparable rates. We got all the way through appraisals and Title and then they reneged. Who did I turn to: Brandon! It's like walking into CHEERS BAR "everyone around there knows my name! LOL But this is what sets Visio apart, as an investor you have to have your "People". Visio can keep you away from the hard money guys. Consistent and time efficient is what I require. If Brandon gets a little distracted trying to help All of his other clients I can call him on his Cell Phone and get response any day of the WEEK. I am on my 5th or 6th deal with VISIO.
