Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Chad moved to Austin, Texas, in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
Initially an IT Specialist for the Department of Corrections, Chad transitioned into sales, excelling in Business-to-Business and Medical Device Sales.
Currently serves as an Account Executive at Visio Lending, where he combines his sales expertise with a passion for real estate to excel in the mortgage lending industry.
Renowned for offering tailored lending solutions, he helps clients navigate the complexities of real estate investments.
Outside of work, Chad is deeply passionate about real estate, staying informed on market trends and opportunities that influence both his professional activities and personal investment strategies.
