The truth is that it's a bit confusing at first if you read the Visio Lending reviews. They range from very good to not so good. It made me hesitate, even though they were the ones offering the best deal to a first-time investor. I got a refinance from them that I had a hard time getting anywhere else, because it was on a rental property. I am three months into it and very happy. Tri Le was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about him. The one problem I had was Visio sometimes works with an insurance company named Goosehead that is a total disaster. Avoid them if you can. They have horrible reviews from the BBB. Visio will work with any insurer, but for some reason it almost pushed Goosehead on me. All and all though I would give Visio a great recommendation.
