Mark’s Approach to Client Success

Mark offers nearly a decade of DSCR lending experience combined with a background in FinTech sales. Since joining Visio Lending in 2018, he has helped fund hundreds of rental property deals and has quickly become a trusted partner to brokers and real estate investors nationwide.

Mark is known for his proactive, high-touch approach. He adapts his communication style to meet each borrower’s needs. His mission is simple: work hard, stay responsive and deliver results. When clients call, Mark answers.

Over the years, he’s helped clients refinance entire portfolios, scale short-term rental businesses in top markets, and build long-term wealth through cash-out strategies. He even trained a brand-new broker who’s since gone on to close more than $75 million in volume with Visio.

Mark believes the key to closing investment loans is pairing extensive product expertise with clear, ongoing communication, especially when deals get complex. Backed by Visio’s in-house underwriting and processing teams, he brings the experience and focus needed to help investors succeed in a fast-moving market.
