Michael Wyll has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and has been with Visio Lending since 2020. He began his career shortly after college in a data entry role at the nation’s largest loan origination company. Within a year, he was promoted to loan originator, handling purchases and refinances for primary residences, second homes and investment properties. He has been serving real estate investors ever since.
Michael possesses extensive experience in both conventional and non-QM lending, which provides him with a clear understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He combines that knowledge with consistent communication and personalized guidance to help investors make strategic decisions that align with their long-term investment strategies.
