About Mike Spaulding

Since 2002, Mike has been an expert in residential mortgages. He made the transition to private lending in 2013, where he developed a vast understanding of investor finance, including rehab, construction, and commercial development. Mike’s successful track record in the industry includes originating over $200 million in fix & flip loans for investors. When he’s not working, he fuels his passion for adventure by traveling, exploring the great outdoors, and participating in water sports and activities.
