She embraces change with agility, consistently turning shifting market conditions into opportunities for growth. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Michele is a devoted wife and mother of identical twin girls. She finds balance and creativity through painting and gardening or cheering on her kids in sports —all which are her personal paths to calm and inspiration.

Prior to joining Visio, Michele led national operations and operations support across consumer direct retail, distributed retail, wholesale, non-delegated and home equity teams for various independent mortgage companies and banks.
