This lending company is extremely trustworthy and great to work with. I have dealt and worked with several lenders and I have to say that if I could only choose one Visio would be the one by far, without question, the lender I would choose every time. They are thorough, they work very quickly, and the most important you can trust them. Michael Wyll is an AE with this lender and he always goes the extra mile to get you the answers you need and gets you them very quickly. You don't have to ask more than once and you will get a reply the same day if not immediately. There are many lenders who only have one maybe two in their company to process a loan. This is not to say that they are not competent at their job but they are stretched super thin. With Visio you have many ppl working on your loan with experts in their field. 5 Stars by far.
Michael has been tremendous help to my business needs. I've dealt with people who either give generic yes or no responses to what can or can't be done. Michael exceeded my expectations based on prior dealings with people in the mortgage industry by understanding my questions and needs, and providing options and/or possible solutions without beating around the bush.
